If I am looking for a sandwhich/wrap platter for 17 people how much time do you normally need for ordering?

Is it $9.75 per wrap and 9.25 per sandwich?  I would have Oat, Peas and Cilantro allergies.  I would be looking to pick-up by Thursday morning around 10:00 AM.
